01How do I start a kontest?
Open the Kontest tab, choose one of the five challenge types, set the terms, and invite your partners. The live ranking begins the moment the first workout is logged, so the board is moving before you have even left the gym.
02How do I add partners?
Head to the Partners tab and use discovery to find people you know, then tap Add. Once they accept, their sessions show up in your activity feed and you can challenge them to a kontest. Your future rivals are one invite away.
03Is Apple Health or Google Fit supported?
Yes. Connect Apple Health or Google Fit and your steps and distance count toward your level automatically. You can also log any workout directly in kontest in just a few taps.
04I found a bug or lost some data. What should I do?
Email support@thekontest.com with what happened and, if you can, a screenshot and your device type. The more detail you send, the faster we can track it down and get you back to training.
05Can I suggest a feature?
Please do. A lot of what ships in kontest started as a message from someone who trains with it. Send your idea to hello@thekontest.com and it might land on the roadmap.
