kontest allows users to:

• Participate in or create fitness competitions (“Kontests”).
• Track workouts and progress.
• Engage with other users in a social, motivational environment.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload or share harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform’s operations.
• Create multiple accounts or impersonate others.

Fitness disclaimer

kontest is not a medical or fitness advisory service. All workouts, challenges, and information provided are for informational and motivational purposes only. Before starting any fitness program, consult your physician or qualified health professional. kontest assumes no responsibility for any injuries, health issues, or damages that result from using the Platform.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post, but by using kontest, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use your content to operate and promote the Platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using kontest, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
• We discontinue the Services.

You may delete your account at any time via the app or by contacting support.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• kontest and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless kontest, its affiliates, and team members from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Infringement of any third-party rights.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Platform. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
